MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION.
Please complete the appropriate application form. Once competed click submit and the form will give you a print option. PRINT your application and hand it in at the bar with the appropriate fee. We aim to process your application within 21 days.
If you are unable to print the form call into the club and our bar staff will provide you with a form which can be hand written. Please remember to print your details clearly, paticularly email addresses, as illegible forms will delay your application.
You will receive an email or phone call when your card is ready for you to collect. Simply pop into the bar and pay your £5 card deposit and collect your card.
Your membership card will allow you to pre-load it with credit, if you wish, and will give you one free standard drink for each £50 loaded.
The committee reserves the right to REFUSE applications. In this case your fee will be refunded. Any membership cards not collected after 12 months of joining will be re-issued.

PLEASE NOTE: Your card deposit will only be refunded if the card is returned within ONE calendar year.
